These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the HospAI platform and related services.

1. Scope of service

HospAI provides hospital operations software for patient workflows, billing, pharmacy, diagnostics, HRMS, reporting, and AI-assisted analytics. Features may evolve as part of product improvements.

2. Authorized use

Customers must use HospAI only for lawful healthcare and business operations. Access credentials must be protected. You are responsible for activity under your accounts and for assigning user roles responsibly.

3. Security responsibilities

HospAI includes role-based access controls and audit logging. Customers remain responsible for account governance, endpoint security, credential rotation, and internal policy compliance.

4. Data and compliance

Customer data remains customer-owned. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of HospAI aligns with applicable healthcare, privacy, and financial regulations in their jurisdiction.

5. AI-assisted features

AI outputs in HospAI are decision-support tools. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial judgment. Final decisions must be made by qualified personnel.

6. Service availability

HospAI targets high availability, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, upgrades, or external service disruptions may affect availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, HospAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use, interruptions, or third-party dependencies.

8. Updates to terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
